Zone 10 is open from 05:30-21:00 Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately, we currently do not open at the weekend.
Tou can sign up for your membership via https://member.uk.resamania.com/wb-zone10/ Alternatively, memberships can also be purchased at the Zone 10 reception, however we only accept card payments.
If you join on a direct debit membership you get rewarded with Member Benefits including – access to 3d leisure health clubs nationwide, free fitness programme, free water bottle, 20% discount at selected Spa Naturel sites, 3d@Home live classes streamed via Facebook 24/7, and discounted health assessments. Direct debit memberships are on a rolling month-by-month contract but if you would like to set an end date, we can also facilitate this for you.
Zone 10 uses a unique QR code entry system, upon signing up, you will need to download an access app, “Resamania UK” for Apple or” Xplor Gym UK” for Android. These apps will give you a generated QR code, which can be scanned beneath the scanners to gain access to the changing rooms and gym floor. Your QR code will only be activated once you attend a gym induction.
Mywellness is the services app for Zone 10. On Mywellnes you can see our class timetable as well as manage your bookings for classes. There are over 400 specific workouts that can be tracked on Mywellness as well as paired to your own fitness tracker. Mywellness can also provide video instructions on how to operate all our equipment. To cancel your membership, you must put this in writing to info@zone-10.co.uk
Lightly with the pad of your finger, press the start button, any 4 digits of your choosing followed by the padlock button. This will lock the locker. Repeat this to unlock the locker.
We offer all these services with our partners Remedy Physiotherapy and Massage with Wiktor, and bookings can be made on the Mywellness app.

Yes, an induction is necessary to go through all the health and safety procedures of the gym and to activate your QR code. It is your chance to learn about personal safety and to be instructed on how to use our apps and equipment correctly in order to maximise your training effectiveness. We have you covered with our on-demand virtual Wexer service with more than 1000 fitness classes available in our studio. You can even hire out the studio for a group session with your friends, or for your own inter-departmental fitness fiesta! Please contact info@zone-10.co.uk to book this in.

The gym team are all first aid trained as well as other support available on site. All emergency procedures are also covered as part of the gym induction.
