Weekdays: 05:30 – 19:00 – Normal operation with the team available for coaching and classes
Weekdays: 19:00 – 22:00 – Unstaffed operation.
Weekends: 07:00 – 16:00 – Unstaffed operation.

During unstaffed operation additional safety measures will be in place. The upstairs Studio will also be unavailable, and some gym areas may be restricted. Members are also recommended to wear a personal safety alarm, available on entry. An emergency call point is located within the gym and the area will be monitored by WBSL Security.

Yes we are open at weekends between 07:00 – 16:00 but the gym will operate unstaffed with additional safety measures in place. We recommend coming dressed for the gym at weekends as the changing rooms will be unavailable. Alternative toilets are available in the multifunction and limited lockers are located to the right of the Zone 10 entrance turnstile.

You can now use the gym facilities outside of the staffed times on weekdays between 19:00 -22:00 and on weekends between 07:00 -16:00. In order to do this, you need to have completed the site induction and be aware of all the safety procedures in place, including;

  • How to summon assistance in an emergency
  • The lone working out personal safety alarm and you agree to wear these if working out alone
  • Completed the relevant health and safety paperwork including the Personal Health Statement (PHS) and induction checklist
  • You agree to work out at your own risk and will only use the equipment you have been shown how to use and you will use it correctly

You can sign up for your membership via https://member.uk.resamania.com/wb-zone10/  Alternatively, memberships can also be purchased at the Zone 10 reception, however we only accept card payments.

Zone 10 uses a unique QR code entry system, upon signing up, you will need to download an access app, “Resamania UK” for Apple or” Xplor Gym UK” for Android. These apps will give you a generated QR code, which can be scanned beneath the scanners to gain access to the changing rooms and gym floor. Your QR code will only be activated once you attend a gym induction.

Mywellness is the services app for Zone 10. On Mywellness you can see our class timetable, manage your bookings for classes, and access all our services in the treatment room. There are over 400 specific workouts that can be tracked on Mywellness as well as paired to your own fitness tracker. Mywellness can also provide video instructions on how to operate all our equipment.

To cancel your membership, you must put this in writing to info@zone-10.co.uk with a notice period of one month.

Lightly with the pad of your finger, press the start button, any 4 digits of your choosing followed by the padlock button. This will lock the locker. Repeat this to unlock the locker.

There are lockers available on the ground floor during unstaffed operation when the changing rooms are unavailable.

All bookings can be made on the Mywellness app including Barber, Personal Training, Massage, Reflexology and Physiotherapy

Yes, an induction is necessary to go through all the health and safety procedures of the gym and to activate your QR code.   A gym induction is a crucial first step for anyone beginning their fitness journey or joining a new gym.

This introductory session serves as a comprehensive orientation to the equipment and their safety protocols. During the induction, we will guide you through proper exercise techniques, helping to prevent injuries and maximise the effectiveness of your workouts. It’s an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the gym equipment.

By participating in using the gym, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise. While we strive to provide a safe environment, injuries can occur.

You need to ensure you follow all instructions carefully and use equipment as directed. If you experience discomfort or have any concerns during or after use, please immediately consult a member of our fitness team for assistance or a medical professional.

During unstaffed hours, you can use the personal safety alarms and emergency call point to summon help.
