I studied at West Herts College and have a background of 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a PT and Sports Therapist.
Working in various gyms and working for myself in and around Hertfordshire and London. I have also been a freelancer for the past 5 years, working with footballers/ex-footballers.
I specialise in kick boxing, boxing functional fitness, strength training and rehab.

Paul Roberts
I aim to help educate my clients to achieve their personal goals, may this be from improving physical health, appearance, building healthier habits to rehabilitation from injury.
I also have a strong background of strength and conditioning within an elite environment, specifically within football, coaching both Fulham and Crystal Palace Football Club.
